RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nanhi Saree, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver the best quality hand-woven sarees.
Please carefully read our Return & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Return Shipping Policy:
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves. We do not provide reverse pickup service, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Customized orders (e.g., fall & edging services) are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Return requests are accepted under the following reasons:

2. IMPORTANT RETURN GUIDELINES
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, unused, and neatly packed.
  • All original tags (including Silk Mark tags, if applicable) must be intact.
  • The saree must be folded properly, as it was received.
  • If the saree is found altered, used, or improperly packed, the refund will not be processed, and the product will be returned to you.
3. PARCEL RECEIPT & UNBOXING GUIDELINES

Check Before Accepting the Parcel:

    • Inspect the parcel for any signs of tampering, damage, or opened packaging.
    • If you notice any such issues, do not accept the parcel and immediately inform our team.
    • Record an Unboxing Video:
    • While opening the parcel, make a clear unboxing video showing the packaging, product, and tags.
    • This video will serve as mandatory proof in case of return or refund claims.
  • Note: Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the rejection of your return claim.
4. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST?
  • Visit our website and go to the Return & Refund section.
  • Fill in the details and upload the required photographs of the product, price tag, and packaging cover, along with the unboxing video (if applicable).
  • Our support team will review your request and approve it.
  • Once the return is approved, carefully pack the saree and send it back to the following address:

 5. PACKAGING FOR RETURN
  • Ensure the saree is securely packed to prevent any damage or tampering during transit.
  • Improper packaging may result in rejection of the return request.
6. REFUND PROCESS
  • Refund will be initiated only after receiving and verifying the returned product by our Quality Assurance Team.
  • Refund Amount: Only the product cost will be refunded. Additional charges (e.g., shipping costs) will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • "Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned saree is received and verified."
7. TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The decision of Nanhi Saree regarding return and refund eligibility will be final and binding.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.
