1.shiping policy

 

Shipping Across India: Nanhi Saree offers shipping services across India through reliable courier partners. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping timelines will be shared with the customer in advance.

Packaging: All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If you notice any tampering or damage to the package upon delivery, do not accept the package. If accepted, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.

Shipping Address: All products ordered in a single cart will be shipped to a single shipping address. For multiple addresses, separate orders must be created.

Octroi & Entry Tax: Any applicable Octroi or Entry Tax, as per the local laws, will be borne by the customer.

2. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

 

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not accepted after processing or dispatch.

3. Returns and Exchanges

 

Return Policy: Returns are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product, provided it is in original condition and packaging.

Video Evidence: Customers must record a video while unboxing the product. This video is required for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us within 48 hours if the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, Nanhi saree will bear the return shipping cost.

Return Process: Products must be returned with the original packaging and purchase receipt. Returns after 3 days are not eligible.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may change due to high demand. If out of stock, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Accuracy of Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and images. However, Nanhi Saree does not guarantee complete accuracy. Please verify details before placing an order.

11. Customer Instructions on Delivery

Record a video while opening the parcel for a smoother returns process.
Do not accept the package if the packaging appears tampered or damaged

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
